Dar Al Sulh

Dar Al Sulh was a small publication accompanying Michael Rakowitz’s project for TECTONIC It was commissioned by The Moving Museum and presented the first restaurant in the Arab World to serve the cuisine of Iraqi-Jews since the 1940s. The publication introduced the project and also served as a menu and recipe book for all the dishes that were served throughout the seven nights of dinner.
