In 2013, The Moving Museum launched its travelling programme and brought the first major museum quality show of international contemporary art to Dubai.
The programme allowed for a global gathering of compatible concerns that raised questions, sparked dialogues and responded to the particularities of a new environment.
The Moving Museum produced a groundbreaking show of international contemporary art called TECTONIC. TECTONIC artists in Dubai took part in talks, performances, and site specific installation art.
The exhibition was presented as part of Art Dubai’s VIP programme and weekly dinners were within the exhibition space in partnership with local galleries, collectors, and patrons circles.
An accompanying 400 page publication was produced and distributed locally and internationally.
