I started making pictures of obsolete electronic devices on the streets of Amsterdam in 2006. During the project I especially began to look at CRT (cathode ray tube) monitors as sculptural objects and began to photograph them that way, placing the work in the tradition of conceptual photography that goes back to Bernd and Hilla Becher. The project ended on April 22 2009. PL.
